How long does delivery take?
It will take up to 1 day to process your order. This is followed by a shipping time of 2-4 days.
Where does shipping go and shipping costs?
We send our parcels throughout the EU. to Switzerland and England, with prices as follows:
Germany: Free shipping
Other EU countries: €2.91
Switzerland: 2.91 CHF
England: £2.91
returns
When are returns possible?
Returns are generally not possible because these are personalized products, but there are exceptions as follows:
- The wrong product arrived when you originally ordered it (this includes: wrong designs, wrong colors or the wrong name/date)
- The goods have production defects
